OKC Thunder to return to Wichita

WICHITA, Kansas – The Oklahoma City Thunder will return to Wichita for an exhibition game this fall according to officials at Intrust Bank Arena. This will be the third-straight season OKC has come to Wichita for a preseason game.  They’ll take on the Minnesota Timberwolves Friday October, 17, at 7 p.m.

In a news release Thunder Vice President Brian Byrnes said, “We are excited to be bringing Thunder Basketball back to Wichita and Tulsa, where we have sold out our games in both cities for two straight years.  We continue to be overwhelmed and humbled by the tremendous loyalty of our fans throughout Oklahoma and neighboring states.”

Tickets go on sale sometime in mid-April.
