FESTUS, Mo. (AP) — Two Illinois children have been killed in an eastern Missouri crash after the driver of their car turned left in front of an oncoming pickup truck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 4-year-old Bryleigh Greene and 11-year-old Ethan Price of Granite City, Ill., were killed in the collision at 4:48 p.m. Saturday near Festus.

The patrol says the 30-year-old driver, also of Granite City, was eastbound on Route A when she turned in front of a westbound pickup driven by a 52-year-old Hillsboro man.

The man, his 53-year-old passenger and the Granite City driver of the other car were injured.
