Authorities make another arrest in murder of Salina woman

SALINA, Kansas – There has been another arrest in last year’s death of a Salina woman.

Kristen Tyler, 27, went missing on April 25th and her body was found on May 9th just west of Salina near I-70.

On Wednesday, officials in Salina County arrested 21-year-old Megan Wells on conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

She’s being held on a $1 million bond.

Two men, 25-year-old Joel Heil and 33-year-old Dane Deweese, have already been arrested.

The Saline County Sheriff’s Office and the Salina Police Department are continuing with their investigation.
