Plane lands on its belly

SALINA, Kansas – A plane in Salina landed on its belly Friday morning.

It happened at the Salina Regional Airport at about 10 a.m.

Airport officials tell our news partner KSAL that a Seaport Airlines PC-12 Pilatus  landed with its gear up.

There were no passengers on the airplane, just a pilot and a co-pilot.

They weren’t injured.

The National Transportation Safety Board has released the aircraft to be removed from the scene.
