Creeping peeper busted

PORTLAND, Oregon (KGW) – An Oregon man accused earlier in January of cyber-stalking his college student stepdaughter to limit her partying was arrested Friday for breaking in and setting up hidden cameras to record women in their bedrooms and bathrooms.

Police first arrested 51-year-old Bryan Duane Tilley on Jan. 17 and accused him of creating a fake email account and hacking his 22-year-old stepdaughter’s social media profiles in an attempt to stop her from drinking and hanging out with another man.

At the time of the arrest, police found Tilley with a small USB flash drive. After getting a warrant, Corvallis police discovered an abundance of hidden camera videos of three women inside bathrooms and bedrooms of private homes. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
