Police investigating northwest Wichita bank robbery

WICHITA, Kansas – Wichita police are investigating a bank robbery in northwest Wichita.

It happened at the Intrust Bank located inside the Dillons at 13th and West Street just before 1 p.m.

Police say the man entered the store, handed the teller a note and indicated he had a gun.

The man is believed to be in his 50’s.

He was wearing a blue and green plaid shirt.

He left in a burgundy Dodge Intrepid.
