WINDS AND COLD TEMPERATURES WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL VALUES

NEAR ZERO BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS: 1 TO 3 INCHES.

* WINDS: NORTH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH…WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 45 MPH

INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.

* IMPACTS: MOST ROADS BECOMING SNOW OR SLUSHED COVERED AND

HAZARDOUS DUE TO THE FALLING TEMPERATUES AND ADDITIONAL

SNOWFALL. STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING OF THE SNOW REDUCING

VISIBILITIES. TRAVEL CONDITIONS REMAIN DANGEROUS INTO THE

OVERNIGHT HOURS. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES POSSIBLE DUE TO THE

STRONG WIND GUSTS.
