* HAZARD TYPES…SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED TODAY AND

TONIGHT. DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH

TUESDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 6 INCHES ON WESTERN

SLOPES. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE IN WESTERN GREENBRIER

COUNTY.

* TIMING…ACCUMULATING SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TODAY AND INTO THIS

EVENING. WIND CHILLS WILL BEGIN TO DROP TO DANGEROUS VALUES THIS

AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS…ACCUMULATING NEW SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL IMPACT

TRAVEL. THE QUICK DROP IN TEMPERATURE WILL RAPIDLY FREEZE ANY

WATER LEFT ON THE ROADS FROM RAIN THAT FELL OVERNIGHT ON SUNDAY

NIGHT. BLOWING SNOW WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES. THE SEVERE COLD

MAY RESULT IN FROZEN WATER PIPES. FROSTBITE IS A DANGER TO
