ADVISORY…WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CST

TUESDAY.

* WIND CHILL VALUES…OF 15 TO 20 BELOW ARE EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT

INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* OTHER IMPACTS…THE POSSIBILITY OF FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA

WILL INCREASE IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS

WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN

FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
