HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS WIND CHILL WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM

MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

* EVENT…UP TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE. COLD AIR AND

STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE TO PRODUCE DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES

OF 15 BELOW ZERO AND LOWER AT TIMES.

* TIMING…RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW TOWARD MIDNIGHT

TONIGHT…BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS BY SUNRISE.
