* WIND CHILLS… TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO BETWEEN 5 ABOVE AND 5

BELOW ZERO OVERNIGHT AS SKIES CLEAR. THESE BITTERLY COLD

TEMPERATURES WILL COMBINE WITH THE BRISK WINDS TO PRODUCE

DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 20 BELOW ZERO.
