Note: On Friday, the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. open house will include a 10 to 11 a.m. Coast Guard Choir performance and a 1 to 2 p.m. Travelers Choir performance.

11:15 a.m. MURPHY SCHEDULE — The chief executive of the Access Health CT insurance exchange established as part of the federal health care overhaul, Kevin Counihan, U.S. Rep. Rosa L. Chris Murphy discuss the health care overhaul and the insurance exchange, as they meet employees at a New Haven enrollment center and residents visiting to the center to obtain coverage.
