10 MPH AND 15 MPH ARE CAPABLE OF FREEZING EXPOSED FLESH WITHIN

30 MINUTES… RESULTING IN FROST BITE AND LEADING TO

HYPOTHERMIA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS

WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
