Tests offered for sexually transmitted diseases

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — The AIDS Healthcare Foundation has opened a wellness center offering free screenings for sexually-transmitted diseases, including HIV testing.

The Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/17rlreu ) the center is at 8281 Goodwood Blvd., Suite D.

It will be open Mondays from 2-6 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome.

Free services include chlamydia screening and treatment; gonorrhea screening and treatment; syphilis screening and treatment and HIV testing.
