Teen stabbed in southwest Wichita

WICHITA, Kansas – A 17-year-old man is expected to be okay after being stabbed at least three times Tuesday morning.

Police say he was stabbed three times in the hand, side and neck.

It happened around 7 a.m. in the 1100 block of South Meridian.

Police believe the stabbing occurred because of a fight inside the mobile home.

Police don’t know what the fight was about.

Detectives are still investigating.  Police are searching for a 19-year-old suspect.
