WICHITA, Kansas — A drug deal gone bad leaves a dealer shot because he didn’t have enough drugs for an angry, gun-toting customer, according to Wichita police.

It happened around 3:00 am Sunday in the 800 block of S. Mission.

A 35-year-old man flagged down officers, telling them he was shot in the shoulder during the drug deal. Police say the customer got angry with the dealer because the dealer wasn’t carrying enough drugs.

He’s listed in serious condition at Wesley.

No word yet on a suspect from police.
