Autistic Dearborn teen found safe in Royal Oak

DEARBORN, Mich. (AP) — A 16-year-old Dearborn boy with autism and bipolar disorder has been found safe in another Detroit suburb, four days after disappearing from his home.

Charles Foster’s parents made an appeal for help in in finding their son, who ran out the front door of their house Saturday night.

The 16-year-old has run away before.

Dearborn police tell WWJ-AM that the teen was found in Royal Oak on Wednesday.
