WICHITA, Kansas – Heavy rain that fell Tuesday afternoon made rush hour a headache for Wichita commuters.

Nearly two feet of water was reported on several streets including 13th Street near Payne.

Several cars were stalled on that street, and many drivers were still attempting to get through the high water.

City crews are setting up barricades to keep drivers out of the high water.
