“School Rulez” helps kids get much needed supplies

WICHITA, Kansas – Summer is wrapping up and that means some families will have a hard time affording all the supplies their kids will need for school.

Walmart and other companies are teaming up to help.

“School Rulez” starts at 10 a.m. Saturday at McAdams Park in north Wichita.

They’ll be handing out thousands of backpacks loaded with school supplies.

It runs from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
