Wingnuts fall behind early in loss to El Paso

EL PASO, Texas – – The El Paso Diablos scored seven times in the first inning en route to a 10 to 5 win over the Wichita Wingnuts Tuesday night.

The Wingnuts answered back with three runs in the top of the second.  Wichita followed up with single runs in the fourth and fifth inning. Brent Clevlen led off the fifth with a homer.

El Paso would put the game out of reach on the three runs in the sixth.

Ryan Scoles took the loss for the Wingnuts.

The series wraps up Wednesday night. The Wingnuts return home August 1eth after the NBC World Series crowns its champion.
