Rose Hill offers water rebate program

Water Saving Appliances

ROSE HILL, Kansas – Despite having one of the wettest July’s on record, the city of Rose Hill still wants residents to conserve water.

The city allocated $5,000 to provide an incentive for residents to take part in its rebate program.

Any resident who bought a qualifying appliance between May 1st and Dec. 31 will receive a rebate off their water bill. The program is on a first come, first serve basis until the full $5,000 runs out.

Each household is allowed up to five devices as long as they receive a water bill directly from the city of Rose Hill.

Eligible devices include low flow toilets, high efficiency dishwashers, high efficiency clothes washers, smart irrigation controllers, and rain barrels.
