Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office to conduct DUI checkpoint Saturday

WICHITA, Kansas – The Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office will conduct a sobriety checkpoint on Saturday, July 27.

The checkpoint will be held between the hours of 11 p.m. and 3 a.m. in Sedgwick County.

Motorists suspected of intoxication will be given on-site sobriety tests.

Authorities say efforts will be made to limit the interruption of traffic flow, but many drivers will be stopped as part of this program.

The checkpoint will be conducted in different areas in the county.
