Beechcraft selling land to Costco

WICHITA, Kansas – Beechcraft is selling part of its complex to retail giant CostCo according to Bill Boisture, CEO.

Boisture told Aviation Week the Beechcraft is consolidating its pistons and turboprops production into a single facility.

The company he says is reducing its property about 20 percent.

The Costco will be located near Webb and Kellogg.

Costco has not announced plans when it will open in Wichita.
