Wellington police looking for man who robbed Subway restaurant

WELLINGTON, Kansas – Wellington police are looking for a man who robbed the Subway Restaurant.

It happened on North G Street Wednesday night around 9:45.

Police say the man removed a pistol from his waistband and ordered the clerk to hand over cash.

The robber is described as a white male with a medium build.

He was dressed in blue jeans, dark colored sport jacket, and wearing a black baseball style cap with an unknown logo.

He was carrying a dark colored bag.
