Minister, grandson fatally shot in S. Florida home

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — A minister and her adult grandson have been found fatally shot inside a South Florida home.

Miami Gardens police responded to the home Tuesday afternoon after a neighbor noticed 70-year-old Annette Anderson had not been seen outside since Saturday. Neighbors told police it was strange for her to miss church on Sunday.

Anderson was a pastor at Jesus People Ministries, and her grandson — 20-year-old Tyrone Walker Jr. — was studying to be a computer engineer.

The Miami Herald (http://goo.gl/2J0CW ) reports that Anderson’s brother arrived and accompanied police inside where they found the bodies. Police said the two were tied up with duct tape and shot execution-style.

Detectives didn’t immediately report a possible motive for the killing.
