Plant a Row for the Hungry Week in Wichita July 7 – 13

WICHITA, Kansas – The Kansas Food Bank along with the Sedgwick County Extension Master Gardeners are asking for help from local gardeners.

The week of July 7 through 13 has been declared Plant a Row for the Hungry Week by the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County.
This is a national effort to donate fresh produce to local food banks for those in need. The program, in its 13th year, has helped to collect over 413,000 pounds of fresh produce.
Gardeners can drop off their produce at the Kansas Food Bank or any of these drop off locations:
