Inman man dies after hitting a deer

HARVEY COUNTY, Kansas – A motorcyclist died Wednesday from a wreck deputies believe was caused by hitting a deer.

Fifty-six-year-old Michael Rogers of Inman was found unconscious on the ground in the 10000 block of North Hesston Road early Tuesday morning.

Deputies say it appeared Rogers had hit a deer.

He was taken in critical condition to the hospital where he died.
