Try a juice that’s is a perfect way to get some good antioxidants into your morning routine.

Berry Berry Happy

Ingredients:

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rasperries

How-To:

1. Wash all of your ingredients well and then put into your juicer.

2. Alternate the spinach leaves with the berries so that the juicer would have an easier time processing the spinach and doesn’t clump up.

3. Serve in a tall glass immediately. Yum!
