SUFFOLK, Virginia (WAVY) – Lisa Grant will spend several weekends behind bars.

Grant was accused of mooning her son’s school bus last November and was convicted on a charge of disorderly conduct this week.

Grant admits she exchanged words with the bus drivers.

“I did not moon the bus. I did not flash,” she said. “I take full responsibility for my actions, for my disorderly conduct, for my arguing with her. I take full responsibility for that, but she also deserves the same thing I got.”

She says her son came home with a note from the driver about his conduct on the bus.

She says she went to his bus stop to discuss the matter with the driver when they exchanged heated words.

“I started walking back with my son and my 4-year-old daughter in my arms, my son beside me. She was still yelling at me. I got right here and I told her to kiss my white butt.”

WAVY TV obtained a copy of video taken aboard the bus that day, which includes the following exchange:

Bus driver: “You ain’t coming on my bus.”
Grant: “You got a problem with my son?”
Bus driver: “Come on around. I’m not going to argue with you.”

Grant was given a six month jail sentence with five months suspended and to serve that time on weekends
