Wichita man sentenced to 10 years for distributing child porn

WICHITA, Kansas — A Wichita man was sentenced Monday to more than 10 years in federal prison for distributing child pornography.

Deric D. Davin, 34, Wichita, was sentenced to 121 months in federal prison.

He pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child pornography.

In his plea, he admitted he used a peer-to-peer file sharing network on the Internet to receive and distribute child pornography.

In February 2012, an FBI agent in Tulsa, downloaded child pornography from Davin’s computer in Wichita.
