Prince Harry greets Olympians and execs

SEDALIA, Colorado (AP) – After a somber day in Washington saluting America’s war dead and meeting with wounded soldiers, Britain’s Prince Harry has moved on to Colorado, where he’ll be cheering for wounded servicemen and women this weekend at the Warrior Games.

After his arrival near Denver, Harry moved through a receiving line at a cocktail reception that was held at a golf course. He mingled with Olympians including Missy Franklin, along with British business executives, students and military officers.

He’ll be in Colorado Springs for the games, in which more than 200 wounded servicemen and women from the U.S. and Britain will take part.

The visit is part of a week-long trip to the United States that will include stops in New Jersey to see damage from Superstorm Sandy. Harry will end the trip by playing in a polo match in Connecticut.
