CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania (WBRE) — A Pennsylvania high school senior was banned from participating in graduation and faces criminal charges after mooning two 8th grade girls.
The girls were on a high school tour with their class when the incident occurred.
It happened at Pleasant Valley High School in Monroe County Monday.
According to his father, Chad, Larry Liero, 18, was escorted out of school in handcuffs.
“I definitely was very upset with him,” he said.
Larry was suspended, banned from participating in graduation, and slapped with criminal charges.
They are disorderly conduct and open lewdness. Open Lewdness is a third degree misdemeanor. The maximum penalty for that type of charge in Pennsylvania is one year in prison.
“Now it’s starting to get pretty scary,” said Chad.
