Those arrested include 19-year-old Jerone Brown and 20-year-old Shawn Brown.

His friends hadn’t seen him since New Year’s eve and went to check on him.
His friends looked through a window at his house and saw Tampone on the floor inside.
He had been shot once, but officials at the time didn’t know how long he had been dead.
His car was found abandoned late on January 3, but no arrests were made until recently.
