PHOENIX, Arizona (KPNX) — An Arizona mother is demanding answers after her 4-year-old special needs child was left on a school bus.

Jennifer Ponce says a phone call from the school Monday informed her that her son Floyd was absent.

The boy has a learning and speech disability and cannot talk.

He was found a short time afterward wandering around the school bus parking lot.

The school bus driver and a bus aid have been reassigned while the matter is being investigated.
