This balance of potassium, Vitamin C and protein make this a perfect, post-workout smoothie.
- 2 small ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup fresh, frozen pineapple
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs. ground flax seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
