This balance of potassium, Vitamin C and protein make this a perfect, post-workout smoothie.

Pineapple-Banana Blast
Ingredients:
  • 2 small ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh, frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs. ground flax seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
