WICHITA, Kansas — Wichita police have arrested the driver of the pickup that crashed Tuesday morning on Kellogg killing two passengers.
It happened shortly after 3 a.m. at the intersection of Kellogg and Webb.
Officials say 37-year-old Alban Vanzandt of Channelview, Texas was driving the truck up to 90 mph when it hit a stop light pole.
Two passengers, 50-year-old Frederico Martinez and 34-year-old Higinio Gonzalez, were killed when they were thrown from the truck.
Vanzandt has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
